There Is No "One Size Fits All" Therapy
Here at Flourish Psychotherapy Kingston, we blend certain therapeutic approaches based on what resonates with you as a person and your therapeutic goals. Some types of therapy we offer include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems-Informed, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches.
